How does “Pay Later” work?

You pay only ₹2,000 upfront at the time of enrollment. This covers your course access and learning materials.

The remaining ₹8,000 (upskilling and profile optimization fees) will be due only after you secure a job through our training within 6 months of completing the program.

A “Guaranteed Job Call” means our team optimizes your resume and LinkedIn profile to make you visible to the right recruiters.

You will receive interview calls from relevant companies, but the final selection depends on your performance in the interview.

Once you receive a confirmed offer letter or start your job, you’ll pay the remaining ₹8,000.

We’ll guide you through a simple payment link process no EMIs, no interest, no hidden charges.

If you are unable to secure a job within the placement support period, you are not required to pay 80% of the remaining fee.

Your financial risk is minimal you pay only if our training helps you land an opportunity.

Do you provide placement guarantees?

Our courses are designed to take you up to the interview shortlist stage with personalized mentorship and recruiter access.

However, since the final hiring decision lies with third-party companies, we cannot guarantee final placement.

Welcome to Finance Career Camp, a flagship program offered by Prasuta FinSchool. By enrolling in or participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registration.

1. Definitions

• “Program” refers to the Finance Career Camp, including all learning modules, live projects, mentorship sessions, job support, and related activities.

• “Company”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to Prasuta and its associated entities.

• “Participant”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual enrolling or participating in the Program.

• “Partner Firms” refers to organizations that may provide internship, placement, or interview opportunities to participants.

2. Program Overview

The Finance Career Camp is a professional training and career acceleration program designed to help participants gain skills and job readiness in finance, accounting, and taxation domains.

The program includes:

• Instructor-led training sessions

• Access to course material and recorded content

• Assignments and assessments

• Profile optimization and interview preparation

• Job call or interview opportunities (as per eligibility and performance criteria)

3. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.

• Participants must have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or undergraduate enrollment.

• Prasuta reserves the right to verify academic and identity details submitted during registration.

4. Enrollment & Fee Policy

• Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees or signing of “Upskill Now, Pay Later” agreement (if applicable).

• Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by Prasuta.

• For Pay-Later plans, participants must adhere to the payment timelines agreed upon after placement or course completion.

• Non-compliance with payment terms may result in suspension or cancellation of certification, job support, or legal recovery actions.

5. Program Access & Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during classes, assessments, and communication with trainers or peers.

• Access to training materials is for personal learning only. Sharing, recording, or distributing materials is prohibited.

• Attendance in live sessions and submission of assignments is mandatory for certification and placement eligibility.

• Prasuta reserves the right to remove any participant found violating academic integrity, including plagiarism, misuse of materials, or unethical conduct.

6. Job Assistance and Guarantee

• Prasuta provides job assistance and interview opportunities through its partner network based on the participant’s performance, attendance, and assessment results.

• “Guaranteed interview” means that eligible participants will receive at least one verified interview call opportunity through Prasuta's profile optimization efforts or its hiring partners.

• The Company does not guarantee a specific salary package, location, or role.

• Placement success depends on individual performance, attitude, and employer selection criteria.

7. Certification

Participants who successfully complete all modules, assignments, and performance evaluations will receive a Certificate of Completion from Prasuta.

The certificate may be withheld if:

• Program fees remain unpaid, or

• Minimum performance and attendance criteria are not met.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, videos, materials, and resources provided in the program are owned by Prasuta.

• Participants may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the program without written permission.

9. Data Privacy

• By enrolling, participants consent to Prasuta’s use of their information for program delivery, placement coordination, and marketing communications.

• Personal data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

• Participants may request data deletion in writing after course completion.
  

10. Limitation of Liability

Prasuta is not responsible for:

• Employment outcomes beyond verified interview facilitation & Profile optimization.

• Technical issues or delays due to participant’s device or internet connectivity.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the program.

11. Modification & Termination

Prasuta reserves the right to:

• Modify the course structure, curriculum, or faculty at any time to improve program quality.

• Terminate a participant’s access for misconduct or breach of terms.

• Cancel or postpone batches in case of unforeseen circumstances, with due notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berhampur, Odisha.
